education seminars help to lay the groundwork for understanding the dimensions of leadership, but in the crucible of the “day-to-day,” nothing can serve you more effectively than a professional coach.

If you work with me, we will meet telephonically each week to assess your needs and set your direction and goals. Each session is 60 minutes. My role will be to support you and challenge you to take what you determine to be your next steps toward effectiveness. We will troubleshoot together when needed, but always with an eye toward your greater vision. We will use assessment and feedback tools if necessary.

Between our phone sessions, I am accessible to you via email and promise timely responses.

In all, you can count on me to offer supportive yet candid feedback as you seek to improve your effectiveness as a leader.
